Free to try for a temporary time, the FTP Proxy runs US$24.95 while the Mail Proxy is $19.85. The key benefit of the FTP Proxy is of course the surfing security it offers, while also featuring a reverse-proxy mode which enables remote access when necessary to internal FTP servers on a firewall-protected private network. The Mail Proxy supports up to 30 concurrent mail connections and includes a mail monitor, thus eliminating the requirement of a dedicated mail server for individuals and small organizations.

- Frequently switch your virtual private network (VPN) on and off
- You value anonymity on the web

Bottom Line: Nice, easy tool to use, and if you want a feature that they don’t have they’ll add it for you for a small fee. If it winds up being a feature they implement on a wide-scale, it’s free. They also offer free trials for most products.

MegaProxy.com seems to be one of the elite when it comes to ease of use. While not specifically a UK proxy, MegaProxy is among the more popular and widely used proxy services, meaning, among other things, that they have a much more inclusive cache, both of international sites and UK-specific domains. When using MegaProxy.com of course, neither your ISP nor the target website will be able to retrieve information about the user.
Bottom Line: Very good service, their popularity is a positive in terms of available resources.
